ABAG Announces 2010 - 2011 Newly Elected Officers and Board Members

Baltimore - The Association of Baltimore Area Grantmakers (ABAG) announced the 2010-2011 newly elected Officers and Board Members at the May 12 Annual Meeting. 

"Our region benefits greatly from a long tradition of thoughtful, innovative, and committed philanthropy" says Robert Waldman, newly elected Chair of the ABAG Board of Directors and Director of The Venable Foundation. "It is an exciting time to be involved with ABAG and I look forward to guiding our efforts as the premier resource on philanthropy dedicated to informing grantmakers and improving our community" he said. 

Newly elected Officers:

  • Chair - Robert Waldman, Venable
  • Vice Chair - Beth Harber, Abell Foundation
  • Treasurer - Vernon Wright, Wright Family Foundation
  • Secretary - Diane Bell-McKoy, Associated Black Charities

Newly elected Board Members:  

  • Kelly Cartales, Enterprise Community Partners
  • Monique Dixon, Open Society Institute-Baltimore
  • Tim O'Neill, William J. & Dorothy K. O'Neill Family Foundation
