Marylanders Are Among the Nation's Most Generous
Marylanders are among the most generous Americans, according to ABAG's recent report, State of Individual Giving in Maryland - 2005. This is the second in a series documenting the status of charitable giving in the state. Individual giving accounts for the lion's share of total charitable giving nationwide and Marylanders have been giving an average of 3% of their adjusted gross income.
